Naa Sackley Nuno- Amarteifio
Company Secretary
Naa has extensive Company Secretarial experience and has led the team to provide compliance solutions to clients for several years. Naa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance and Corporate Responsibility from the University of Birmingham, UK. She is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute. She has worked with a large number of local and multinational clients and is well versed in corporate compliance issues and trends
Alberta Naa L. Mills
Company Secretary/ Corporate Governance & Compliance, Lead
Alberta holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and is called to the Ghana Bar. She has significant experience in assisting clients in company set up and corporate compliance and has worked on severalcompany secretarial matters for a wide range of companies.
Maame Efua Arhin

Maame holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology & Social Work and is currently a Student Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA). Maame has over 5 years experience in company secretarial services with local and multinational companies.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts (combined major in English and French Languages) from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has significant experience in handling top-tier clients.

Katherine is a graduate of the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Linguistics, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree . Katherine handles a broad range of key clients.
Patriam Massalay
Company Secretarial Assistant
Patriam holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Mountcrest University Campus) and a Masters in Arts in Corporate Governance and Leadership from the University of Ghana Business School. She is a key part of the team.

Eunice serves as an Executive Assistant to the team.She has a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Managementand holds a Master of Science degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
Haruna Yussif
Head of Finance
Haruna is the head of the finance team at TSL. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in accounting from the University of Cape Coast and is currently pursuing an MBA(Accounting) programme at University of Education, Winneba Ghana.
Nana Adwoa Ntow-Gyamfi
Finance Assistant
Nana Adwoa is a member of the finance team at TSL. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Ghana Legon. Nana Adwoa is currently pursuing a Chartered Accountancy programme with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
Lawrence Biney
Regulatory representative
Lawrence holds a BA in Political Science and Religions from the University of Ghana and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Law Degree at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (“GIMPA”). Lawrence assists with the incorporation and registration of local and foreign companies in Ghana with the Registrar-General’s Department (“RGD”) and is experienced in advising the team on RGD’s requirements and processes. He also provides company secretarial assistance to clients.
